Hi I am Nancy. A software engineer who learned her passion was food, went to culinary school and became a chef. I was born and brought up in Madras (South India) and moved to Boston 10 years ago. South Indian food always brings back memories of home, warmth & love. So, when I tasted the chai in America, I was more than disappointed. I searched for the perfect creamy spiced chai and couldn't find any. So, I decided to create my own. I joined a shared kitchen in Boston to handcraft my chai concentrate in small batches with traditional Indian recipes using authentic CTC black tea and spices. I am also currently doing my MBA in BU.
