After years of horrible rental experiences in Boston & NY, Steve co-founded leaseClub in 2023 with his longtime friend, Radu. Steve is a second year at HBS and previously worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and in private equity at TA Associates. At leaseClub, Steve leads finance, marketing, and design efforts, while Radu heads product and legal/policy workstreams. Radu comes from a GovTech and blockchain background, where he's been involved in software and product development efforts. Before leaseClub, the pair worked on a variety of ventures together as undergrad classmates at Yale.
